Chimdi Neliaku is a lawyer, a policy research analyst, a government affairs specialist, and a seasoned public relations practitioner. She has been a consultant and adviser supporting public sector clients, including the Office of the Vice President, and the Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

As a youth leadership development specialist, Chimdi has spent the last decade training over 1,000 young leaders to lead with competence character, and capacity, especially in the public sector. She has designed and executed several youth leadership trainings including the National Youth Leadership Conference, Student Internship Programme, Leadership Ambassadors Programme, and the Legislative Mentorship Initiative, where she served as Director.

Chimdi is the inaugural Chairperson of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Young Professionals Hub; a US Department of State Mandela Washington Fellow; and immediate past Curator of the Abuja Global Shapers, a youth initiative of the World Economic Forum.
