Eunice Uchechi

Eunice Uchechi Nwokocha, a 35 year old woman, lives with albinism facing discrimination barriers, rejection, denial, and health challenges, including skin cancer due to sun exposure, as well as societal brutality due to the stigma attached to albinism. Despite these difficulties, She earned both BSc and MSc degrees in Economics.


She is also an entrepreneur, working as a shoemaker and graphic designer, and sings in a choir. She is a strong advocate for individuals with albinism and other disabilities.


According to Eunice ‘As a survivor, I am conquering my fears and limitations, striving to create a more inclusive and equitable society for all, regardless of colour, gender, age, religion, or race.’
