A defining chapter in Emmanuel's life is his relentless advocacy for a Nigerian in the diaspora who was wrongfully imprisoned for attempted murder. His empathy and sense of fairness compelled him to take up her case, leading a team to navigate the legal complexities that ultimately secured her release and compensation.

This long journey culminated in the dropping of all criminal charges against her, resulting in her acquittal. Emmanuel is a Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Animal Infectiology and Environmental Hygiene at the University of Hohenheim, Germany.
