Born July 5, 2001, Onyinyechi is a Nigerian powerlifter who competes in the 61 kilograms (134 1b) bracket.

She won a gold medal at the 2024 summer Paralympics breaking the world record twice with a lift of 147kg and 150kg. She is also a two-time medalist at the World Para Powerlifting Championships. Her inspiration and motivation for the sports was inspired by those she saw doing it, despite being physically challenged, she has a “Can Do” and “Will Do” mindset. Through her she wants people to know there is ability in disability.
