Amina Ishaq Ibrahim

Amina Ishaq Ibrahim's journey exemplifies courage, resilience, and determination. Having been born in the midst of the Jos crisis, her early years were shaped by the crisis that engulfed Plateau state. In trying to find lasting solutions to the crisis, Amina started the Jos Stakeholders Centre for Peace (JSCP) at the age of 17. Their mission was clear, to combat inter-communal conflict and violent extremism.

Amina played an active role in mobilizing communities to dialogue and effectively ending decades-long bickering among them.
