Ruth Chisom, founded Asili Foods and Industries Ltd, previously known as Chy Naturelle, an agriprocessing company that produces natural spices and agricultural produce aimed at combating food insecurity in Nigeria.

She also established SHE-HARVEST, a social enterprise focused on empowering rural women farmers to reduce post-harvest losses. To date, she has led multiple training programs and workshops, impacting the lives of at least 500 women and 200 children.

She is also the visionary behind Prime Sprout Network, which began in 2018 with the goal of empowering young minds. Ruth is about to launch her first book on self-development and purpose, titled "I AM ME," for children aged 6 to 15 years.
